(Mom: If I'm not spending every waking moment of my life with her when I'm at home, she's "neglected" and starts acting pouty and oh-so-abused. Joe doesn't call her Drama Queen for no reason.)
Guess who doesn't care because he is 1. too busy trying to keep himself cool and 2. actually likes it because this means mom is at home with him more?
