I decided to look around for some modeling sites to post on, and came across this site that was free. I setup a casting director account, and within a few days my account gets approved by their staff, hehehe, suckers!
I browse their catalog, and post a casting call that has an expiration date for next year, that way I can have models applying almost indefinitely. I put in the criteria I want for the model such as race, height, weight, age, etc. and 295 models meet my criteria.
There’s a choice to contact each model on there, and after contacting a few I realize I’m not acting rationally. As I suspect, I find at the top of the page that I can just click a button to select all the 295 models and spam them my casting call…and that is exactly what I did haha.
Over the next few days I sat back and watched as my inbox was flooded with models responding with their pictures, and phone numbers telling me how eager they were to meet and work with me. I see Charlie Sheen in the background saying “winning!”
After a few days I had over 50+ emails from models in my inbox. In addition to that, the quality in terms of hotness was superior to craigslist. I realize that sifting through and selecting the ones we wanted to interview would be hard work. I recruit my new assistant talent director and wing Mr. Hurgle, and we sit down for 4 hours picking and arguing over the girls we each want to interview. We had so many babes that we realized that we could do an interview every single day of the week.
We created a document that organized each model by their availability and matched it up with ours. I end up lining up 8 model interviews in 5 days. That meant I had 2 on Monday, 1 on Tuesday, 3 on Wednesday, 1 on Thursday and 1 on Friday. We joked and called it the “8 models in 5 days”. We had so many models left over that I set my boy Dave up with one model as well, and told the rest we would schedule them for next week.
I’ll go over a brief overview of how each interview went. As I mentioned in my last post, I did things a little different this time, and rather than doing the interviews at Starbucks, I did them in a bar, I thought it would be more conducive for me.
Monday
5pm Native American Broad
I recorded the interview with my gum cam, but it was too dark to see shit, since it has on flash and is a spy cam.
7pm Indian Broad
Tuesday & Thursday
I realize that I had a final exam this day, and end up having to cancel my interviews for this day, and Thursday.
Wednesday
3pm White Lingerie Model
I meet this model in Starbucks like in the past. We talk about the questionnaire stuff and after we’re done she just wouldn’t shut the fuck up! She was qualifying herself out the ass. It’s like she knew an awkward silence would end the interview, so she kept on talking. We talked about her boyfriend, who she mentioned he was a model as well, while I rolled my eyes. We talk about nude modeling for a bit as well. After that I go for an insta-date and ask her where to find some good tea. She walks me to a tea and cupcake shop in the area leading the way like her life depended on it. I got to see her full body standing up for the first time, and began getting wood. She ends up going shortly after that, since her boyfriend had dropped her off and would be picking her up.
I thought I got this one on my gum cam, but as soon as I was done, I saw that I had never turned it back on…fuck!
5pm Snow Bunny from PA
I get ready for my interview with another snow bunny, and this one I was meeting her in the usual bar. She shows up and we sit at the bar and begin the interview. I find out this girl drove 2 hours from PA with her boyfriend for this interview. Two fuckin’ hours??? I mentally tell myself, “No Guilt in your game!” and tell her she must be really dedicated. Didn’t like the fact that she had her boyfriend waiting outside though.
I order sangria as usual, and she just orders a coke, fuck! We talk about modeling, nude modeling, and sleazy photographers she’s worked with, etc. I have her critique the photos of the hot models I’ve interviewed so far, to build credibility that I am legit, haha. She liked it as well.
After a while we wrap up, this was the longest interview I did this week. To my surprise I find out that her boyfriend was in the corner of the bar waiting, wtf!!! He comes introduces himself and they head out.
7pm Swimsuit Model w/Boyfriend
After being surprised that the last model’s boyfriend was in the bar hiding without me knowing, I didn’t think it could get any worse.
This next broad from craigslist had the audacity to bring some dude, never found out who he was, likely her boyfriend or brother, to the bar for the interview. I decide I’m tired of this shit, and was going to go through the questionnaire as fast as possible.
But before that happens, I end up getting kicked out of the bar by the staff haha. They tell me I can’t have business interviews in their bar, and that they’re a business trying to make money as well. Made no sense, since I was ordering drinks most of the time I was there, but I think they didn’t like that I was buying cheap wines on their happy hour menu and were hating on me with these models.
One bar tender was looking at me after the last interview, maybe because I didn’t tip him. Regardless, I don’t argue, since I was not about to waste money drinking with a broad and some other dude with her. We bounce to Starbucks and finish the interview in break neck speed and I dip out. Astla vista!

Models Are Not Single – To my dismay, the models I’ve interviewed so far have had husbands or boyfriends. Now it looks really obvious, that if a girl is hot enough to be a model, it would be an anomaly for her to be single since she can have her pick of the litter in terms of guys.
No Bar Interviews, Coffee Shops Better - Models will not order drinks during the interview. Come to think of it, what person would drink on a job interview? They’re trying to get a job and want to come across as professional. I realize that meeting in Starbucks was a better idea, since I save my money and only use it when I’ve successfully insta-dated them, and know that they didn’t bring anyone with them.
Don’t Let Models Bring People to Interviews - Models bringing their husband, boyfriends and moms to the interviews is not kosher! Same thing happened to the interviews I set Dave and Mr. Hurgle up with. I tried in the past casting calls, to tell models not to bring people to the shoots. Two things would happen, either they would not show up thinking we were creepers, or they would still bring someone and have them hangout somewhere in the area for a few hours. Then when the interview was over, you would see their husband or boyfriend pop up to drive them home. I think this might be a better strategy, and I might have to go back to it, regardless of if I lost some models.
Insta-Date, Break Rapport and Escalate - Just like in regular cold approach, insta-dates change the dynamics between me and the models and make it more conducive to what I’m trying to do. In cold approach, it changes it from us two being strangers, to being friends with a dating frame. With the two insta-dates that I’ve done so far, the dynamic changed from being very professional, to being more laid back and friendly, making it easier to start flirting with them.
After thinking about it, it’s hard to escalate the interaction when they’re uptight and trying to put their best foot across. In order to make things easier, I need to start breaking rapport more during the interviews, to loosen them up. Mr. Hurgle and I talked about it, and comfort is already assumed since they’re there for the modeling interviews. We have a commonality in common that interests them, and they want a job from us.
We could try really hard and the comfort would not break because they really want the jobs. That means we can go hard core with it, and push things to the limit. Qualification is already taken care of since we’re interviewing and qualifying them on their modeling careers. Come to think of it, the two main things that need to be done are breaking rapport and escalating. That’s pretty much the game...and logistics, the dreaded logistics.
Have Models Critique Other Models – When I did this with the model from PA, it made everything more fun and helped escalate the conversation. I should start doing it on every interview. It might be a great way to take the conversation sexual. I could ask them if they think the model is hot, whether they would kiss or bang her if they were a guy….I think I’m onto something here. Exactly how AFC Adam talks about escalating verbally.
Well that's pretty much it, setting up more interviews for this week, and will work on applying the new findings I had from the previous ones' I've done so far. Mr. Hurgle and I are interviewing a model that wants to do porn today, this might be interesting.
