We had the opportunity to try out their service last month.
I placed an order for a bunch of treats totaling $50 on early Sunday morning. Since most companies don't operate and ship out during the weekends, I knew that it would get processed the following day, Monday. Although I checked out, I had a billing question and e-mailed them. They were very prompt with answering my e-mail.
As I expected, my order shipped out on Monday afternoon and I received it exactly one week later (5 business days).
We are out of town, so Jemma and Tofu haven't had a chance to try out their new goodies yet, but you can be sure they are excited!
All in all, we like what Mr. Chewy has to offer, both in terms of service and selection, and recommend their service to any pet pawrent who would like the convenience of having their pet supplies delivered straight to their door.
