Canon Love

For her birthday this year, mom got a new toy from dad. For the longest time, mom had been looking at and admiring full frame DSLR cameras. The one she was using is known as a cropped frame and she was always greedy for more. (What is it with humans and their never-ending dissatisfaction with stuff they own?)

Mom didn't get a full frame camera earlier because of the price tag attached to them. She was waiting and waiting for a brand new model to come out because she always wants the latest and greatest...how annoying. So you can imagine how ECSTATIC she was to learn that dad pre-ordered the Canon 5D Mark III for her just the day after it was officially announced. Still, it was backordered like crazy and she didn't even receive it until a few days ago - it was pre-ordered in the very beginning of March.

She is in absolute LOVE with this beast and I bet she would sleep with it if she didn't worry about squishing and breaking it.


This thing is seriously as BIG as me and also weighs the same!!




I am certain this means more pawparazzi photo taking. Great......
