Great video! I learned a lot, it’s easy for me to establish social comfort, but have been having trouble escalating/flirting to a more direct vibe afterwards on a consistent basis. I was thinking and trying to reverse engineer how I successfully haphazardly did it in the past, in order to do it more consistently, and Justin Wayne comes out with this video that shows it happening haha.

We all like to joke about being the token minority, and how if there is more than one, then the other needs to call the agency. Well, there is some truth to it. Girl Wants to Sue Superman and Bitchassness

True Story. Bitchassness has infected my blog.




So I just finished grad school and wake up after hosting a photo shoot with 10 girls to a random text.

“Hey is this *superman*- someone just sent me theyoutube link that you posted of me. I don't know who the fuck you think you are but if you don't take it don't I will sue your ass. To think I was trying to be nice to you. I'm not joking”

I think to myself the fuck is this?

Turns out it’s the Indian girl from the video I posted a few weeks back. I immediately laugh and am stricken with shock…wow!!!! I knew she had no legal case, since it’s legal to use electronic surveillance in Washington DC with the consent of only one party, i.e. all it takes is for me to give consent to myself.

I could not fathom the bitchassness it took to send this girl the video I put up…especially if it’s one of my regular readers or a PUA. Whoever did it must be a faggott!

My next thought is to think, holy shit! I guess this is officially a “tipping point” for my blog. The traffic to my blog has been growing like crazy, and it keeps on pushing mad weight. But now it has officially reached a level where girls I post about are finding out about it, or some faggots who know them are telling them about it.

I start picturing about other guys that post videos and shit, Justin Wayne, AFC Adam and all the PUA infield videos online. It is a hassle to blur out faces and I tell myself no way in hell I’m stopping this shit for some girl.

Being the rational selfishly-interested man, I consider the Game Theory payoffs and decide she’s trying to intimidate me with the legal game. This is not the first time someone has threatened me with a lawsuit. It was a first for this blog, but I’ve been threatened with “legal action” twice this year for my currently inactive web design agency.

Dick Texting...Very Tempting

First time some simp ass web design company was hating that I had a similar name like them and was stealing all their customers since I was dominating the search engine results. Rejecting the temptation to send them a picture of my dick as my answer, I tore their cease-and-desist letters in the trash and would ignore and not answer their phone calls from their legal team for a month till they gave up.

The second time a stock image company sent me letters saying I owed them over one grand in fees for the stolen images I used with my web design agency clients.  Their argument was valid, I did steal their stock photography without paying, but knowing Game Theory, I knew the payoffs were in my favor, so I tore up their constant legal letters until they gave up.

So my thoughts on this girl texting me was here we go again! I thought to myself using Game Theory and analyzing the payoffs for both of us, I would be willing to just ignore her and tear up any legal threat letters.

Then I get another text from her two minutes later:

“It better be taken down by 12 or I am calling my lawyer”

I was going to delete the text and go back to sleep then I remembered something…when I filmed the video I was not in DC, I was in Maryland. That means the electronic surveillance laws would be different. I quickly look into that shit and the faggots in MD say you need consent for “all” parties. SHIT!!! I see a loophole though weakens her case, the guilty party has to “knowingly” know that all parties consent is needed when filming the video to be guilty, which I didn’t, ha!

The Game Theory payoffs aren’t as strong as before, but still in my favor, so I was willing to fight if there was legal action.

But then I think about it, I’m home for the holidays right now and although unlikely, the last thing I wanted was having some bloke bring a subpoena to my house and having to explain it to my family over the holidays. Yea fam, I picked up some girl, videotaped and put it up on the internet, not the best story to share over the holidays.

Not wanting that to play out, I decide to take down the video and make it private.

The girl keeps on harassing me with irrational texts:

“Don't talk to me ever again- asshole”

“Also don't make it private- take it down”

Funny, considering she’s the one who started talking to me by waking me up with her texts.

“I am calling youtube about this too so if you don't want to lose your username I suggest you fully take it down”

I think to myself, how delusional! I almost told her to do it; if YouTube wouldn’t take down videos when requested by the Chinese government, what makes her think they would do it for her? What kind of precedent would that send?  And even if they did that, I could just create a new YouTube account and re-upload the videos, so it wouldn’t solve a thing.

Anyway, I decide I don’t want to ruin my holidays fighting legal action, so I deleted the video as she requested.

But this whole situation got me thinking…my blog is getting out there now. I wondered if any other girls have found my blog in the past, or if some faggot sent them links to it. Maybe that explains some girls that seemed down but ended up flaking in the past and stopped responding.

Takeaways

Don’t Film in Maryland – Besides sucking for day game, Maryland laws suck ass for shooting infield videos

Blur Out Faces – Although it’s tedious and a pain in the ass, I might go back to blurring out girls faces in the videos….depends…I’ll think about it on a case by case basis
